# Installing the Extension

## Installing the Extension

Parvenu allows sales teams, marketing teams, and nonprofit fundraisers to get unlimited contact data including email addresses from social media.<br>

**1. Register for your free trial.**

Create a [**free account**](https://data.parvenu.io/) that will give you up to 500 email addresses.

**2. Download the Chrome Extension**

Navigate to the "Social Search" Tab on the left panel and download the extension.

Unzip the file. **Note!** If you are a Windows user, we recommend the free tool [7-Zip](https://www.7-zip.org/) to extract the extension.&#x20;

**3. Open Chrome Developer tools**

We will install the extension manually by opening Chrome’s developer mode.

**4. In the top left corner, choose “Load unpacked” and select the Parvenu extension you just downloaded.**

That’s all you need to do to install the extension! You’re ready to get data from social media!
